We recognise that Recruitment Agencies are essential to the Power Pays business - they place many of the IT Contractors who can benefit from our services. So at Power Pays, our policy is to cheerfully reward those who refer IT contractors to us.
You don’t have to be a Recruitment Agency to enjoy the rewards of referring at Power Pays. Anyone that refers an IT Contractor to Power Pays is eligible to be rewarded.

How we’ll PAY you
When you introduce Power Pays to an IT Contractor, who subsequently signs an IT Consultant Agreement for a minimum contract term of six months, we’ll reward you… Guaranteed!
Refer as many IT Contractors as you like. It’s an easy way to earn rewards.
Once they agree to join Power Pays and the Consultant Agreement is signed, your rewards start accruing.

What each referral is worth
Each Referral reward is worth $100 tax free towards the reward of your choice. It’s really easy. Just contact the Power Pays office and we’ll arrange a gift voucher for your favourite Shopping Centre.
What you need to know
There is one reward for each new contractor referred. If a referral is received from two different sources, the reward will be given to the first referral received.
No cash payments will be made.
Reward can be redeemed upon completion of 8 weeks of the contract term.
Referral rewards are not transferable.
